As a multi-brand loyalty program, we incentivize customers to avoid returns by granting points for not sending back online orders. Collected points are redeemed for vouchers in your shop,used by shoppers that keep 9/10 orders, opening up a new customer acquisition channel & increasing retention as well. This is done with the help of a standalone Keepoala App, your shop being connected via Shopify. Handle remaining returns within our whitelabel return portal, being part of the same Shopify app.

Wir sind selbst erst vor kurzem von WooCommerce auf Shopify gewechselt. Der Wechsel hat es uns einfach gemacht, Keepoala direkt mit zu installieren. Das Team gibt einem Hilfestellung, man kann es aber auch problemlos alleine installieren. Als kleiner Shop lohnt sich kein eigenes Loyalty Programm, daher bin ich dankbar, bei Keepoala neben tollen anderen Brands sichtbar zu werden und so meine Marke ...
Wir arbeiten bereits seit 2022 mit Keepoala zusammen. Das Loyalty Programm ist für uns ein toller Ansatz zur Kundenbindung mit dem Fokus, Retouren einzusparen. Für die verbleibenden Rücksendungen nutzen wir das Retourenportal von Keepoala, was uns spürbar Aufwand im Kundensupport einspart.
