Absolutely loving this tool! I was so nervous to start pushing more sales to my website from social media because of the sales tax portion and Kintsugi takes that anxiety completely away. I know I am covered where I need to be and the app is very user friendly and cost effective!

Kintsugi is working on an integration with NetSuite, which we hope is up soon. They work great for Shopify, especially compared to all the problems we had with other services. If you manage taxes in multiple states, Kintsugi makes the filing process a breeze with auto-filing.

I’ve been using Kintsugi for several months now and wanted to try out their AutoFile service. Although Kintsugi’s numbers were just $2 different from what Shopify showed, they weren’t an exact match. I had transferred some sales data before starting with Kintsugi. I sent them an email with a screenshot of my data, and I received a quick response promising they’d look into it. In no time, I got another email with a detailed explanation.

This product is a terrific help for getting state sales taxes set up and paid. It was the biggest hassle of my month until this product came along. Now it’s so easy I can hardly believe how much I used to stress about it.
