The application has its advantages, but also some drawbacks. For example, when synchronizing tables from one store to another, the tables cannot be edited directly; they must be duplicated first, and changes can be made only after that. Only the tables are synchronized, but not the other settings, which is also somewhat inconvenient.
In this regard, and with other settings as well, we received prompt and accurate assistance from Kiwi’s support team. Rayan fixed everything we couldn’t manage on our own and provided guidance on how to proceed if any issues arise.
Thank you for the thoughtful review and for laying out both sides so clearly. We understand how duplicating synced tables and managing settings separately can feel inconvenient, and we’re glad Rayan was able to step in quickly, fix what was needed, and guide you through the next steps.

My recent experience with their customer support has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. I requested the installation of the size chart on a new theme as we are migrating to a new theme, along with some UI adjustments. Instead of implementing these changes on the new theme, they applied the UI adjustments across all of my themes, including the published one, resulting in bugs on my product page. Despite more than 12 hours passing, these issues remain unresolved. This level of support is unacceptable, especially considering I have been a loyal user for a few years now. While the product's features are adequate, the persistent UI issues and lack of competent support are significant drawbacks.
I'm happy we were able to connect with you and resolve your issues. I'm so sorry about your initial poor experience with us - thank you for being gracious enough to give us a chance to make things better!

I like the app because it is easy to use but there isn't any support. I need the icon to located in another spot but since there is not support I am not able to fix this.
