Inconsistent, doesn't always work. Size recommended stopped showing and working, and then the pop up size chart stopped showing Dec. and no reason why. Uninstalling.

I have been facing an ongoing issue with the size chart integration on my website, and despite reaching out to Kiwi’s support team numerous times, the problem has yet to be resolved. There is something wrong with my website size table. I sent emails twice, from morning to evening, but no one replied. they used to help deal with it quickly. Now I don't know why it's so inefficient.

Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender is not ADA Compliant, but could possibly be if the developer added basic features. Good for text and a basic chart only. This app lacks the ability to place alt text on images, which should be a basic & essential feature.

The app seems to have all the features I need and it's really easy to use; however, everything is very slow to load and change.

Update Apr 26:
Hannes reached out and the team did their best to recreate the charts for me. I appreciated this, but it did take 2 months with several communication issues such as support team members missing my messages. Seems like they are trying to improve their support process-I'm hoping to see this and thanks again.
