I use this app for customers to get a better idea of what size to get before purchasing and it works great!

The app seems good, but I really cant use it, because after installing it, it messes up the product pictures on the product page of my theme. The pictures of the featured products become very streched and ugly, which brings negative experience to our customers. I contacted support and provided detailed explanation from where the problem comes, but never got a response after that if they plan to fix this issue. Really pitty, because I want to use the app and the recommender option, but since the support is not answering and providing a fix of this issue, I have to look for another app.

Nice experience so far.It creats endless size charts and the live support is great . It provides inch or cm based on the location which is really awesome.

The app is really convenient and quite easy to use, everything I need is easy to find in their FAQs, plus their supporter is fast as lightning that I'm a bit surprised. Good job there!

It was a great app. Easy to use, effective, until it completely stopped working for weeks. We've waited and waited for a solution or information from support, but had no info, no fix, nothing. For this reason, we left for another app which was disappointing. An unreliable app is worse than a bad app IMO.

Great app with exceptional support. My store requires 20 different sizing charts, and this app gives me a dashboard to manage them all and have them appear on the relevant product(s) using product tags.
I needed the link to appear in a specific position on my products page, and Sam made the change straight away. Very happy and highly recommend this app.

Update Apr 26:
Hannes reached out and the team did their best to recreate the charts for me. I appreciated this, but it did take 2 months with several communication issues such as support team members missing my messages. Seems like they are trying to improve their support process-I'm hoping to see this and thanks again.

Decent size chart app with the slowest support I've ever seen. The team might as well be on Mars with their responses that take days. I migrated from woocommerce and they screwed up my charts in the process and deleted the original ones including the template. Now if they can't fix it, I have to recreate a dozen charts from scratch. It's costing me sales. Please hire competent people.
