Buongiorno, ho installato correttamente questa app, ma non funziona bene con il thema debutify, desidererei poter utilizzare i servizi di Klarna, quindi poter informare i clienti che hanno a disposizione un servizio di pagamento dilazionato, ma l'app non me lo permette.
Contattando il servizio clienti Klarna, nel giro di pochi minuti mi contattano con cortesia ed efficienza, spiegandomi quale era il problema e risolvono alla grande!

It won't work !! I've emailed twice and spoken to someone on the chat, no one can help !!!! I love using Klarna as a customer which is why i wanted it for our website however after over a week of contacting Klarna and no one helping maybe it's time to look somewhere else !!! Not impressed with the lack of support

This app glitches alot. You have to discconnect and reconnect which is very annoying and now ive had to uninstall and reinstall as its not working anymore to see if the problem is solved.

As soon as I download the app it says: Mid not found for the domain.
This is common for all my stores. Really weird. It says that I need to check that klarna is installed as a payment option, and it is!?

Your store has Klarna active within Shopify Payments, but also Klarna as a direct payment method partially integrated, which is interferring with your account connection in the on-site messaging. If you search for the direct Klarna payment method, and uninstall the "Klarna" app (and either wait 48 hours for the database data be auotmatically cleared or request support via skosm@klarna.com for manual clearing of the data).

Hasn't worked, nothing appears and no sign of any support. May as well just get rid of Klarna as a payment option

I am using this app and it matches my need. The implementation on my site was very simple, in particular at the first difficulties the assistance was exceptional and very fast in intervening directly on the site and configuring, absolutely recommended .

Customer Service is non-existent. Clients see only a white screen when trying to check out. The app itself is defective.

Great app.
Although it has 1 (local) minor issue: the currency symbol is shown after the slided price, which isn't the default location for our currency (€).
Is it possible to manually change this position? For example:
Current on-site message: Betaal in 3 delen van 43,00 €
Prefered on-site message: Betaal in 3 delen van € 43,00

Thanks for leaving a review on our on-site messaging app we really appreciate it.
Regarding you question if it is possible to manually change the messaging, that is not possible since we have chosen to align this on all of our European markets.
In most European countries the normal notation is to put the EUR sign after the price, I know that in the Netherlands this is done differently.
Therefore I will put in a request to see if this can be adjusted per market.
App does not open up, klarna should do a proper app. This app is defective. Don't believe a big company like klarna will do such an app
