worst customer support. They dont even bother to reply to your request and if you will be facing any problem then that is only your problem , they dont care and they throw everything on shopify , that ask them even if the problem is from their end.That dont even know about their codes.

worst app dont use it , you will loose money instead of making from them as they claim because they dont have proper docs to train you and no support at all,

I like how it's easy to manage email campaigns, flow series, lists and segments. I highly recommend Klaviyo

If you want to waste your time with terrible customer service by all means sign up. I have had Klavio for 2 weeks. I have asked support one question 3 times and have yet to get a answer. I would never recommend this app to anyone!

THe design and options are really good, it's easy to use and to understand, the team works very good and answers fast

OMG! I found the perfect email marketing software ever. I found more companies, but they are wasn't perfect, but Klaviyo is. It's work very well with Shopify. The best software ever I love those.

I needed this 5 years ago! This app is going to save my email marketing strategy (or lack thereof). So easy to use and so many automations to take advantage of. I am in automation heaven!

Just sent my first campaign. I'd never created a campaign before so it was a huge learning curve for me. Once I got use to the different items ie. lists, segments, Klaviyo worked well. Small suggestion: it was difficult to see the screen captures in Klaviyo academy (very blurry).

Having more developed video tutoriel would be nice though. Without it, it can be difficult sometimes to exploit at full power this app

Klaviyo's Email Marketing made my life much much easier with its already created templates and types of email notifications. Their support is great and quick and the whole drag-and-drop UI is easy to learn allowing you to create email notifications in a very short time even if it's the first time you've ever done this (like I was.)

My first time time trying email marketing for my business and it is so easy to used and understand! Excited for the results
