As an ecommerce business, you need an email strategy. Yes. Yes, you do. Klaviyo makes it easy (disclaimer...there is always a learning curve) to implement your strategy, grow your list, know your list, nurture your customers and not yet customers, etc. I've used other email service providers over the years. They didn't suck, but they didn't provide the data that Klaviyo does. And we all know everybody is talking about data driven, personalized marketing these days....just sayin'.

So simple and easy to use, once set up it does all the work for you. I have recovered so many abandoned carts it pays for itself.
