His patience, ability to simplify complex Klaviyo concepts and jargons, his step-by-step approach makes him a very good customer support person. He has a good ability to remain calm even when Im asking him many questions. This patience translates into his teaching style. He takes the time to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that I understood him. His step-by-step approach is particularly noteworthy. 10 stars Matt!

Moved to this Klaviyo after the changes at Mail Chimp. Wish we had done so earlier. Powerful and easy to use. Lot's of tools, tracking, etc. Great app!
