The support for Klaviyo is outstanding. All the app can do can be overwhelming at first, especially for a newbie, but my questions and cries for help were answered in a timely manner with grace and humor. I can't praise the Klaviyo team enough - they are simply awesome.
The app itself has so much power, I can't wait until I'm far enough along in direct sales to dig into all it can do and truly put it to work. It's easy to use and intuitive, built for the end users. i would recommend this app to anyone going the direct sales route.
Easy to use. My only comment is it would be nice if you could update a campaign after you have scheduled it. Otherwise, I enjoy using the app.

Parfait pour mettre en place des flux marketing. Malgré mes compétences très peu étendues sur le marketing pour le e-commerce, avec Klaviyo j'ai pu apprendre rapidement grâce à leur flux déjà pré établi. Je recommande vraiment cette application pour tous ceux qu'ils veulent agrandir leur flux clients et leur chiffre d'affaires.

What I can say is that I just had a 10/10 experience with their live chat support, thanks to Monika J.
I had issues with our Shopify sync and email list, and Monika was incredibly patient and thorough. She not only resolved my issues but also provided additional recommendations, articles, and links to help me improve the integration between Shopify and Klaviyo.
This level of customer service makes me confident in staying as a Klaviyo customer.
