Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I'v used this app from the start of my shopify store (www.smarttechexpress.com) and it dose everything i wanted and needed and did more than I expected. I would defiantly recommend to any one. So far so good! I hear of these guys from a podcast which is also 5 star for all you shop owners, "e-Commerce Uncensored". I love the segments and flows you can create with these guys. MailChimp doesn't even compare to the possibilities here on Klaviyo. Support is quick, like within a day which is freakin' awesome and their design editor is easy to use. A+

We used to love Klaviyo but like all techs these days phone support is obsolete and live chats are being abandoned during critical times. Chatbot assistance sends you into a frustrating loop of never-ending bot questions/answers. Complicated issues cannot be communicated and emails go unanswered. Chat is supposed to be live 9-5 EST but no one is ever available and you're told to just email. Will be looking to switch as the service is no longer top notch. Klaviyo always stood out on top, now they are on the bottom. Cost vs value is just not there.

This app is well marketed, and go to tool for e-commerce email marketing. However be cautious that installing klaviyo shopify app and inserting their .JS to your store it takes 15 website speed points out of 100 possible speed points. Our developer pointed this out that klaviyo app inserts a ton of not needed stuff to the site that kills the speed performance score of the site. WE ran a test where we removed their .JS from our store and our google speed insights score went from 20 to 35... Klaviyo please fix this
