They maintain constant communication/support on channel performance, they excel at both day-to-day troubleshooting as well as success strategy. They're well integrated with most other platforms we use and have around the clock support. Can't recommend them enough!

We couldn't be happier with Klaviyo since we migrated from Mailchimp. It's truly built for Shopify - it's incredibly easy to identify relevant subsets of our customer base to send highly personalized emails. Their support is also top notch.
