Fantastic! At first sight it seems complicated but it is extremely easy to learn how to use, and you can do almost anything you want. The online help pages are also exceptionally clear! :)

We've been using it at www.EverRose.com for a couple weeks now, and we really enjoy the integration with our existing contact lists along with the easy to use templates. We've experimented a bit with it, and it's very simple to set up, and the analytics are wonderful.

I'm still learning but this app has everything I was looking for. Special thanks to Amanda and Evan for calling, explaining and helping. So exciting to have so many features in all in one place! :)

I have been using Klaviyo for over a year now. I love how it integrates with Shopify and so all my emails are much more relevant to my customers and the products they purchased.

We run on Klaviyo. It's been indispensable. We haven't used it to it's full potential yet... but we're working on it!

+ It pulls your customer list directly from Shopify. Every other email tool we've looked into forces you to use a third-party app to automatically upload your customers into your email lists.
+ They help you get started with really nice templates and campaign flows.
+ Nice customer service representatives.
+ We were able to connect our existing email tool to our Klaviyo account, and it pulled over and sorted all of our existing contacts for us.
+ Awesome analytics data!

- Cost is a little higher than we want to spend on an email tool, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Easy to use, effective, and priced well! We prefer the email tools in Klaviyo over SMS, but overall, great solution for any company.
