I've been in CRM for over a decade. If you use Shopify, hands down this is the best email marketing platform you can use.

The editor and segment creator are easy to use and include advance features. Also, integrations into Shopify and most Shopify apps take just minutes to set up. Outside of that, you get unlimited support and a dedicated success manager. My personal opinion...Klaviyo should be on every marketer's short-list when considering a new ESP.

We migrated from Mailchimp to Klaviyo a month before our BFCM promos. It was very easy to figure things out and utilize all of the help documents from Klaviyo to optimize things in record time. I made it a priority and we were able to migrate much quicker than anticipated. Learning about list cleaning and list warming was all new to me, I had been on Mailchimp for so long that I didn't have visibility to any of that. I cut my list in half simply by scrubbing anybody who had bounced more than 6 times or had not opened or clicked anything for over 2 years. The result was that I actually cut our costs by moving to Klaviyo and ended up with a more effective email list at the end of the day.

Added the Reviews feature, and before we've had a chance to even send out a single review request, a notification has come through that we've "used 97% of your monthly plan for reviews."

Not 1 single review request email has even been sent. And we owe $250 in review request charges? Doesn't make a lick of sense.

A review feature should bill based on reviews. Klaviyo is already a super pricey platform, really disappointing to see them treating well paying customers like this.

Email marketing is a must in any business!! Despite the "email is dead" moniker. Klaviyo's capabilities and functionality is top notch. They also have 5-star support, which I love. First, I always leave the support conversations with solutions. They go above and beyond with screenshots and/or recordings to ensure I understand what I'm asking about. They're super pleasant and effective. Couldn't recommend enough.

Love this tool. I come from a B2B background using much more complicated MAPs, and Klaviyo's ease of use and abilities are refreshing. It is absolutely perfect for B2C.

And a huge shoutout to the Support team. Rarely have I seen a support representative actually get in my tool and code things out for us, making our lives so much easier. Thank you (you know who you are).

They maintain constant communication/support on channel performance, they excel at both day-to-day troubleshooting as well as success strategy. They're well integrated with most other platforms we use and have around the clock support. Can't recommend them enough!

Every app has its flaws, but this integration rarely has one and has gone above and beyond most other apps. I'm very pleased with the metrics it brings over and communicates between the two platforms. And of course Klaviyo support is always top-notch the best of the best in my opinion. I look forward to seeing this integration develop!

Having used Klaviyo with Shopify Plus storefronts starting in 2019, I can certainly speak to both Klaviyo's current functionality and their track record of always improving. There are a few circumstances in which advanced functionality requested of me wasn't available through Klaviyo, but on the whole when working with Shopify as the storefront Klaviyo is almost more like a built-in solution than an add-on app with how tight & aligned the integration is. Advanced, store-specific asks have been possible through their developer documentation and in-house custom builds, and we're also very grateful to have a responsive, helpful CSM who advocates for our business needs when we want to innovate within the channel. No technology is perfect, but I've been able to see Klaviyo constantly improve which speaks to the tool's strength in build, support and commitment to its customers.
