Awful so far. I signed up less than a week ago and have had challenges at every turn. I've reached out several times and logged multiple support tickets and either I figure out a workaround before support responds, they don't respond or they respond with information that has absolutely nothing to do with the subject of my ticket. I have already started exploring competitors to see if they are easier to use and offer support. I am giving Klaviyo two weeks (one more to go) before making a decision.
I have previously been a big fan of Klaviyo, but this year it has been impossible to get tickets solved. Most of the time there is no reply or a useless macro reply.
The app is OK, however its definitely not worth the costs or headache due to the issues you will face from their terrible customer service teams. There's no sense of trying to find a reasonable outcome for their customers and they are a company set up to take every penny from you. I would stay clear and use alternative, and much cheaper platforms.

If I could give Klaviyo 6 stars I would.
1. The product. It's just amazing how it's improved our business results. I'd say 30% a month extra sales from sign-up incentives, shopping funnel drop off redirects and newsletters. Things we were never doing before.
2. The support team are amazing. Australia has a support office in Sydney and I had 3 x hr long vid calls which started as a demo and turned into Ben helping me get Klaviyo up and running for our business.
Now the hard part... it isn't easy if you're new to this type of marketing (which I am) but with about 3-4 days to really throw myself into it and with Ben's help we've built a cracking new revenue stream for our business. TBH, even with the great tutorials and tech support, without that 1:1 support I'm not sure I would have cracked it.
I did an email in about an hour on Friday morning and as of Monday morning it's generated over $15k in incremental sales (with av shopping basket of $350). Of course... we had a substantial data base to start from which we'd never leveraged before, but without this program that money was just sitting on the table - someone else's.

Great support from Mitch. Very easy to use. Very timely responses to emails and super easy to schedule a phone call to get questions answered.
I'ma first time email campaign creator and I seem to have pulled it off, haha. I really recommend Klaviyo, I can only imagine what experience email pros could do. Cheers Klaviyo!
I'm loving this app. It's easy to use and if you run into an issue there are a ton of articles and videos to help guide you. I love that I am able to track my site activity which helps me make more informed decisions for products, ads, newsletters etc. This app is a must-have.
Had this on multiple websites. Consolidated our websites earlier this month and tried to remove the app from the closed websites. Kept gettting an error. Reported it to Klaviyo. Help was slow and took several emails over several days to get a resolution. Was billled for two websites while waiting on further responses. Klaviyo refussed to refund charges on those despite having alerted them to the issue days earlier. They would rather lose 100% of my business then refund a charge for a service that is no longer wanted.
The app is difficult to remove and customer service is bad.
