Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Klaviyo has made it super easy for us to send out well designed order confirmations and updates at first and then build out campaigns and segmented post-purchase flows. Designing emails has been as easy as it should be (shouldn't be too easy) and we have not needed any additional onboarding or much support. When we did need support, the team at Klaviyo has been extremely quick and helpful.

We have tried at least 2 other email marketing platforms and I have to say, compared to Klaviyo, it felt like they were in the dark ages of Web 1.0. They were clunky, unintuitive, and their templates were terrible. I have been using this app for a couple of months now, and it is very easy to setup and understand. I have created an email campaign and a welcome series email flow. I really love how easy it is to bring products into templates directly from Shopify catalog. I also really like the endless amount of analytics available!

So far I am really liking the features and ease of use, better than Mailchimp. I recommend it to small business owners.

Alexandria was so helpful and thorough with ALL of my questions. She was not bothered by all the questions I had. I truly wouldn't be making all the progress I had made with setting up our Klaviyo account if it wasn't for her top notch support.

Customer service poor.

After months of use, account suspended with no notification as to why. At least 5 days later and we're still waiting on indication despite website stating 24-48 hours for reviews to be conducted. Multiple attempts made to lodge a ticket and, only after trial and error experimenting with drop down menus, were able to succeed (Klaviyo has no option to contact support direct ...

Super easy to install and use. Importing contacts from mailchimp was a breeze and the interface is easy to understand and use, and I'm not an expert. Highly recommend.
