Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I am really loving this tool. So easy to use! Even I can make email campaigns now. Normally I had to hire an expensive firm to do this.

You can't do "notify when in stock" or abandoned cart capturing on Shopify 2.0 themes like Dawn. Bummer.

We used to love Klaviyo but like all techs these days phone support is obsolete and live chats are being abandoned during critical times. Chatbot assistance sends you into a frustrating loop of never-ending bot questions/answers. Complicated issues cannot be communicated and emails go unanswered. Was once good, now awful and once of the worst options available on the Shopify app store. This is coming from having used the app for 2 years.

We've now deleted it and they're still charging us. Klaviyo - this is not how you keep your brand going. We've let our friends and groups know this company is NOT the type you want to be dealing with.

I use this app and it really helps to reach my clients and to know great stats, it really easy to use.

I have been using this app for long and now I am not able to pay them, to upgrade my plan, we are losing important dates. Emailed them several times with no response.

Finally, a real email marketing tool. This is so well integrated with Shopify you can make such powerful decisions about what to send, to who and when - all based on a wealth of customer data sourced from Shopify. Once you start using Klaviyo, the data collection begins for real and you can marry user behavior in email with the shopify data.

Hands down, the best email marketing tool in shopify.

Klaviyo is awesome!!! I love it. Easy to use, easy to navigate. All in all it takes 2 seconds to upload lists, create campaigns. 10/10!!!!!!!!!
