Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Terrible experience with Klaviyo. Not what they used to be. Customer Service took a month to get back to me! 1 MONTH. Can you believe that. They Charged me 3 times the monthly costs (supposedly someone activated this that is not anymore in the account) This should be something only the owner should be able to do! Trash email provider. Ruined our deliverability and billed us 300 usd more than the actual bill and when we asked for a refund they just disabled our account and we can no longer send emails to customers.

Started of with mailchimp but think klaviyo has a nicer style to it. Easy to put together emails and implement flows.

Loved Mailchimp but started to get frustrated with the way their lists work - became too much to manage.

We discovered Klaviyo after a month of messing around with Drip as an alternative to mailchimp.

Klaviyo is kind of the 'killer-app' as far as we're concerned with regards to email.

It combines the usability of mailchimp with the fine tuning of Drip via flows and automation.

Great templates and flows.

It's not worth your money, nor your time. Customer service is very poor. I received contradicting info from a couple of representatives. Unfortunately, the support team is not trained sufficiently to give proper client support.

i love Klaviyo for its ease of use even for someone who knows little about creative. As a small business owner and an entrepreneur, this tool is must have to grow your email marketing. It also has many marketing automation.

I was hearing about Klaviyo from several successful peers, and at the same time, disenchanted with our declining mailchimp performance. I made the switch and WOW to the deep customization. A lot of great tutorials & the platform is very user friendly.

Extremely user friendly for a beginner. Having just launched my store in October, being a one man team learning all aspects of the business, Klaviyo is priceless for me.

Great app, plenty of functionality and automations to make everything that much easier as well as analytics and ideas on flows and campaigns.
