Love, Love, Love these guys. And their product.
Every couple of weeks when I log on to schedule a few campaigns and tweak some email flows, they come up with great, new feautures.
So far, these changes have helped and made my life a lot easier.
And they also generated more revenue, which doesn't hurt either.
What I like most about them is that they listen to their customers.
When you do a Live webinar with them, and you ask some questions, they (together with you) come up with new product ideas which they deliver to the product team right after the call.
If only more apps and people could be like them!
Based on our experience, be very careful with Klaviyo billing. Even if you turn plan auto-upgrade OFF, Klaviyo turns ON the auto upgrade in their billing forms if you upgrade via a campaign. With this, Klaviyo will over-ride your selected plan choice, up-charging you 100% more than you agreed or needed in our case. Plus Klaviyo says they have specific policy that they do not provide refunds when you fall into their auto-upgrade bucket. So be careful to look for auto-checked boxes as we found in our experience can double your cost with no benefit and absolutely no refunds.
Very good app. I am always amazed at how well I can segment our lists. It's super hi tech and yet really easy to use. Really impressive and a total game changer!
The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of their customer support. It's pretty slow. They will always get back to you, but it can take a while. I wish they had phone support or at least faster email support. You guys need to work on this!
Klaviyo is the ONLY email provider you should be using. It does cost more than the competition but absolutely worth it with the customization and segmentation you can do on their platform!
This app is the bees knees. I can't think of anything more than offering more employee functionality for other users.

I really like Klaviyo a lot. It's user friendly and has very good support. I use it to send emails to my e-commerce customers and their templates make it very easy. Learning to use the flows and I think that holds a lot of potential. Seems like there's endless options. I've tried a couple other top name automated marketing companies. Highly recommend Klaviyo over those.

Customer service sucks!!!! Repeated emails for the same problem still can't be solved. Live chat takes a long time for someone to reply every time!
