I used this app for the first time today and so far I´ve had a great experience. I highly recommend it

I am still inside the free version but I really love this app compared to other email marketing tools like mailchimp for example. The technical approach and possebilities are just on another level so is the support. There is always a friendly person answering in fast fashion as soon as I need some help. They helped me a lot along the way so far. Will most propably upgrade when its time...!!!! Go for the app when in doubt!!

Great product, only they seemed to have stopped developing. Product hasn't had any new features lately, customer service is slow, but mainly the price is bothering me. Every extra 500 people in your account costs $25 a month extra... I first need to recoup my Klaviyo costs and then hope I can make some profit of the emails. I would have expected the costs to decrease relatively when getting more subscribers, but it's just linear.

Great potential, weak execution.

I recently fired Mail Chimp and had to find another company quickly. Klaviyo was recommended and I am very happy with the switch. It is intuitive to use with good tutorials for support.

Siamo fermi da circa 3 settimane perchè non riusciamo ad entrare con il login. Non arriva il messaggio di verifica a 6 cifre via mail, nemmno nello, spam e ho seguito le procedure che il sitema in automatico chiede di fare.
l'Assistenza non esiste non c'è nemmeno una chat sul sito per essere supportati. Dicono di mandare una mail ma non risponde mai nessuno. Ad oggi il problema non ci è stato ancora risolto e per colpa vostra siamo bloccati con il lavoro delle newsletter! davvero pessima esperienza.

Easy to use app with very nice features. I use it for my Shopify Newsletters and it works really well.

Es una aplicación completa y bastante funcional. Tiene una curva de aprendizaje media-alta, pero cualquiera que pase el suficiente tiempo usándola aprenderá todo lo necesario para un buen marketing de correo electrónico. Recomendada para todo el mundo. No puedo quejarme absolutamente de nada.

amazing - we use them to design our order and shipping e-mails and best part is the abandon shopping carts emails that get sent to our customers automaticall which in turn is increasing our sales !!!

I've just recently started using the Klaviyo app. I'm finding it easy to learn, wonderful resources and really fast and helpful support! I'm going to enjoy using it for sure!
