Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I had been using Privy for email sign-ups and connecting them to MailChimp and that was working okay, but I needed to be sure that with the Shopify-MailChimp breakup that I had tied up all the loose ends. I had also been struggling with setting up emails on Privy, so when Shopify suggested I bring all my contacts into Klaviyo, I did so. Within a few hours I realized how intuitive Klaviyo is with setting up signup forms, welcome series and abandoned carts. I hit a few snags and reached out to Klaviyo over the weekend with an email and in less than 24 hours, I was getting great tech support. On Monday I used their Live Chat feature and got excellent advice during the course of the workday. I am now fully operational with Klaviyo and cannot recommend this app highly enough.

Lots of cool templates available to help you get started right away with your email marketing. But I use mostly for segmenting customers, immediate thank you notes for new orders, and customized abandoned order email. The flows are easy to modify. The analytics are clear. I have yet to fully maximize Klaviyo but I am happy thus far. Oh and the support is excellent!

Pretty amazing ecommerce email marketing platform. I honestly have a ton of stuff to learn though to improve how well I am using klaviyo!

The best there is! We have used Klaviyo for about a year now and it is amazing. It integrates with just about everything, has a clean intuitive builder and good price break plans.

A few weeks ago another CRM approached us and convinced us to switch from Klaviyo. After just a few week trial period we were done. It didn't have any of the integrations Klaviyo does, the builder was archaic and clunky, and they chargedby amount of emails sent each month instead of the size of list.

Klaviyo is the king of email software.

Straightforward & easy to use. Takes a while to get used to navigate around, but no problem at all. Efficient replies & support from the Developer himself, making the experience smoother.

This helps me get messages out to my customer rather easily. I like the tracking feature a lot and it integrates with Google which is helpful.

Really easy to use, even for small businesses like mine. Very nice templates for emails. Fabulous app.
They've already helped our abandoned cart rate with they already set up email flows.
