The app and staff are top and great. I had and have many questions and they are always helping me which is for me the most important thing.
Very happy with Klaviyo. Easiest app we have found to customize Shopify's default emails. It also has a lot of great preconfigured list segments and tools for drip campaigns and abandoned cart emails.
One of best free apps in Shopify. I used for my website doublehandles.com and really love it. Good one.
This is absolutely, hands down, no questions asked...the best email marketing software out there. If you're not on Klaviyo...I don't know what you're doing!
Klaviyo is an amazing automated app to grow a business with. I like the Free plan and the You Tube channel (Klaviyo Academy) with all the instructional videos on how to properly use the app.
When I couldn't figure out an issue, the customer service looked at it really thoroughly and solved the problem - thank you!
