Love Klaviyo! Easy to use and so so helpful for my business. Would definitely recommend to anyone and it's fantastic no matter your business size.
We switched to Klaviyo for Simone Walsh Jewellery after the Mailchimp break up with Shopify. We couldn't be happier so far. Customer support from Klaviyo has been excellent and we're especially pleased with how detailed we can get with segments and flows (automations) compared to Mailchimp, along with very easy Facebook audiences integration.
Lots of customizations, awesome customer support ;) So far best marketing app that I've ever found ;)
We've recently migrated our large subscriber list from an another ESP over to Klaviyo to use with Shopify. Klaviyo have been super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, and the migration has been pretty seamless. Live chat have been a great help advising on best practices and tips to improve our deliverability.
I just sent my first campaign email out and so far so good! This app seems to have all the functions a business would need for email marketing. I recommend it!
I too got this to replace MailChimp and its super easy to use and the templates are eye catching! Very glad i choose this app.

One of the best apps out there to help shopifiers grow their sales. Thank you! I use it mainly for abandoned carts and sms reminders.
They used to have great live chat support during business hours, and although they still "say" they do, and advertise it - THEY DON'T. I've tried multiple times on multiple days to get help through their chat support, and it just takes to you a form, to submit a ticket, and then they get back to you 2, 3 or 4 days later. This comes after they raised their prices. This seems to be a trend. This comes from a business owner that's been using Klaviyo for about 4 years now. The app is buggy, there's been no major updates or improvements over the years, and the cost goes up. They're ripe for a competitor to come in and provide better customer service, and a better UI experience at a lower cost.
