Great app. Greater service from representatives. Shout out to Joanna S for helping out today! It was bit difficult to navigate app but once explained by rep it was great to use.

Great integration with Shopify. Super easy to set up and use. I moved over from MailChimp a few years ago and really happy with it.

They seem to have bots that create fake subscribers, increase your amount of contacts and force you to an higher price plan. Oh, and you need to get the higher price plan in order to reach customer support. Avoid at all point if you don't want to waist your time.

Take me a bit of time to learn all the features in the app, but overall, Klaviyo is a great tool for email marketing, I was able to make Pop-up Forms and create Email Flows very easily as a beginner. Highly recommended!

J ai reçu une retour en 24h et une réponse finale en 48h puisqu’il a fallu que nous échangions sur ma problématique. Je suis donc très satisfaite du retour de klavyo rapidz et efficace.

Its a great tool!
make your life easy as soon as you create segment and export it to FB, it updates by itself, the only issue is that for me its not 5 stars yet, its that I cant integrate the segment/list to tiktok ad manager or twitter ad manager.
I hope when that happen, I would like to be notify or at least be on the trial program.

This is the best meat and SMS service ever. They even offer a review service now.
