Really easy to set up, account manager contacted me to help with any questions I had, great tutorials on the academy. Brilliant app!
The Klaviyo App has been great for us in collecting newsletter sign ups, set up forms and conversion pop ups. There is a learning curve to really get the most out of the platform but I have found it to be fulfilling all of our needs (on the free version). We will certainly keep using it and, when the time comes, switch over to the paid version to continue our growth.
Absolutely love the customer support and the app is the best in the game
Klaviyo is great the automated flow is easy to set up for a specific email flow and the templates are awesome.
Klaviyo has helped me saved time as the pre-built templates are very easy to manpulate. Thank you very much.

One of the best app there is on the market
I have purchased an upgraded plan of this app since I have 5k subs and after hours of creating a campaign the app said that my account got disabled and is under a review. They are closed on a weekend so there is no way to contact them. Very disappointed...
So easy and powerful for my business. Used it for free for a while and now as Im growing (with their help), I got on a paid subscription. Very glad to be using Klayvio.
