I have been using this app for a few days now and it's been a breeze I have just created my 1st email and it was so easy am really comfortable using this app it helps alot as I am just a starter. It is showing me the way.

I think this is a great app. The flows are very intuitive, the wizard is perfect to get setup and all in all it is an app which is easy to work with. The only downside is the limited translation options when you are on the free plan but I plan to upgrade quite soon to avoid working with mixed languages. I would without a doubt recommend Klaviyo to a friend.
Pretty happy with this app, it takes a little bit to get use to, but once you are in deep it is good.
Would not recommend. They charge you by profile (email) and do not give you an option to simply delete inactive profiles.

It's so easy integrate, it's so easy to use! Klaviyo is a must have for all small businesses who are passionate about extending their marketing capabilities meaningfully!
canceled the app on one of my stores, deleted the app from the store, closed and deleted the store and for the past 3 months they have been charging me money! Disgrace. that's how they make their money, not by providing a quality service.
*UPDATE* after this review, 20 mins later they suspend my account and charge me $112 DIRECTLY from my bank account, when my monthly plan is $20. This is the kind of app Shopify allows on their app store.
Very bad customer service. Even the small Email service providing companies have a live chat option for free plans, but in Klaviyo at least email support isn't available. the free plan only provides 500 monthly email sents and 250 contacts. in the Shopify app store, they've mentioned that they provide 500 contacts,but not true.

very difficult to use, there is not any support agent just a bot that is not setup properly, I am getting rid of this app there are many others with better support than this one
