I had been hesitant to start using Klaviyo for quite some time - because it's considerably more expensive than other email services - but the first few email campaigns I sent out - to targeted audience - I got much more return than with the other email services.
I am still trying to figure out how to set up the proper automations and flows - and landing pages.

Really good concept, but I personally found difficult to use, expensive and not very good in terms of emailing, all in all.. I would find an alternative!

Klaviyo is by far the best ESP there is. I love all the complex functionality that allows for doing everything I want to do and more, the email and sms creation and automation, clear analytics, advanced segmentation capabilities, great Shopify integration for all kinds of order and product data use and triggers, and the way they work to make it as easy to use as possible.

I love the organization and the management
I hate the Klaviyo app. I was forced to switch over to it when I hired an email marketing team last year and I wish I never left Omnisend. Klaviyo requires you to be an expert on their platform in order to be able to use it. I've been trying to modify a basic ORDER CONFIRMATION email, I just need it to show the variants of the products ordered, the prices, shipping, tax and total.. but it's so ...
