If you ever get hacked, do not expect the customer support to help you. I have been using Klaviyo since 2021. Recently my account was hacked and after numerous emails to customer support, I have not received any help, other than them telling me that my account is not associated with the email I'm trying to use for my login. DUH ! That's the whole problem. It was changed. I will now have to uninstall this app, lose thousands of my customers emails, which I built up for the last eight years, as well as tell my bank to block these people from taking money out of my account. Thanks a lot.
As an ecommerce business, you need an email strategy. Yes. Yes, you do. Klaviyo makes it easy (disclaimer...there is always a learning curve) to implement your strategy, grow your list, know your list, nurture your customers and not yet customers, etc. I've used other email service providers over the years. They didn't suck, but they didn't provide the data that Klaviyo does. And we all know everybody is talking about data driven, personalized marketing these days....just sayin'.
Awesome to work with! From integration through support, easy set up and use. Highly recommend.

in sort of a nightmare situation now with adding our domain email and changing DNS records. all of our emails are landing in spam. Klaviyo said it was because we lost the confidence of the consumer... not true. this all happened in a week as we were trying to change our email.
support is zero help. we said we would need to switch email companies as being without our email marketing for weeks would seriously impair our business, they simply say... sorry to lose you. we literally spent 1-2K a month...switching to omnisend or finding another partner
I've been using Klaviyo since the dark ages of mailchimp and cannot recommend it highly enough. The segmentation and learning capabilities are unparalleled, and I've increased my client's revenue by 3-5x every time we create email campaigns and improve automations.

Klaviyo is amazing, the interface is easy to use, and the templates are more than helpful. All in all, a tool, ecommerce would be hard without.

Great online support! Friendly, helpful, always have solutions and screen grab images/pictures to help you through the problem solving or solution. We've been using Klaviyo for 2 years now and new updates, Reviews feature and SMS features are terrific. We also love the Flows/Segmentation of the Database and more...well done Klaviyo keep up the good work for small businesses in eCommerce and helping us.
