Seamless integration with Shopify, and amazing customer service make Klaviyo a no brainer for any business.
My flows and email campaigns consistently help me increase sales and my AOV.

Probably the most user friendly esp there is. if you are an ecom brand owner, and not utilizing emails, consider Klaviyo. has free resources to get you started and the aftersales support is superb.

Klaviyo is just plain brilliant. It does exactly what it says it will do and doesn't make up numbers from thin air. I cannot recommend it enough.
We migrated from Mailchimp to Klaviyo a month before our BFCM promos. It was very easy to figure things out and utilize all of the help documents from Klaviyo to optimize things in record time. I made it a priority and we were able to migrate much quicker than anticipated. Learning about list cleaning and list warming was all new to me, I had been on Mailchimp for so long that I didn't have visibility to any of that. I cut my list in half simply by scrubbing anybody who had bounced more than 6 times or had not opened or clicked anything for over 2 years. The result was that I actually cut our costs by moving to Klaviyo and ended up with a more effective email list at the end of the day.

I have used several different CMS programs and Klaviyo is by far the best one out there. It has so many amazing features and is very intuitive to use. I also love their customer support, they are always SUPER helpful and respond quickly. If you use Shopify and want to grow your e-commerce business Klaviyo is it!

My email photos are broken, and the emails look like a joke on the free plan. You get what you pay for. When I tried to upgrade, the least expensive plan I can purchase is $350 a month!!! What a joke. First of all, my niche does not do well with email marketing; I need minimal emails, but I need to them to be professional. Klaviyo emails ruin my credibility. Can't get any customer service because I refuse to pay $350!
We've been using Klaviyo for a couple of years and really enjoy the seamless integration with Shopify! This platform has really grown in their service offerings over the years, so our team is still trying to take advantage of all the features!
