Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

They're just the best. We use them for both Email & SMS. Everything just works but if for some reason you're trying to solve for an edge case, support is always there when you need them. Have been a customer for 4 years for our brand and never considered switching. Have recommended about a dozen other founders to Klaviyo. They're the best!

We don't use SMS so based on my experience with Klaviyo as an EMS it is the best one out there in terms of functionality and accessibility. If you can't do what you want with Klaviyo then you can always use Integrations to add to the functionality. And if you need more functionality than that then you need to write custom software for your bespoke needs.

Shocking customer service from the douchebags at Klaviyo. Been with them for 3 years now. Generally all ok. However we've recently reduced the number of contacts/profiles in our email list quite significantly (by around 50,000). We expected this to have a significant effect on our monthly bills, but it seems Klaviyo is still taking out the same monthly amount as they were prior to the reduction ...

Instant results, we have not even utilised 50% of Klaviyos functions and the results are mind blowing, if you have a business you need Klaviyo. great app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
