Their customer support is excellent. Their chat support is great as all of their staff are very knowledgeable and I have never left feeling like I didn't have my issue resolved. They will stay on and walk you through the steps. Very much appreciate the support since we are small company and it helps to have the access.

Clare S was amazing. She provided us with custom loom videos explaining our issue and another with a workaround with clear instructions. She also helped me submit product feedback to hopefully help improve the prodblem in the future for us and others. she was great.

Pretty fantastic but can be damned intimidating-- especially if you've invested a bunch of time in the past to learn other email systems and figure this one will be as hard or harder. We became Klaviyo users in 2020 but didn't do much with it until a year later. We tried for the first two years but got stuck a lot. We attempted to hire Klaviyo experts but no one wanted to work hourly ad we didn't ...
