Fun and professional tool to use to keep in touch with your customers and to expose you to new customers.
I am loving the Klaviyo app - and have taken the time to go through the suggestions on offer and I am producing stunning flows. I am truly a beginner and Shopify has made it very easy to integrate Klaviyo with Stamped io and it is coming together beautifully. The templates are easy to navigate and edit.
I was so tired of paying huge sums of money to outsource all of this and the beauty of doing everything yourself is that you are in control of what your customers see and can stay on brand and make quick edits. Recommend and very happy.
I've used Klaviyo for years now and while it can be more expensive, it is such a robust email provider. I recommend it if you're growing a list and a business!
Sell your soul to this application. Yes, it has functionality and integration; BUT once you are on the system they own you. The design it so that it's almost impossible to unsubscribe. You can downgrade and they will automatically upgrade you, charge you, fees all the time without your permission. But they will never downgrade you, refund fees, unused.
Most importantly-- support won't help. They say it's a "self-service" platform so when it comes to just asking support to cancel your account. They won't. They send you down a rabbit hole, 10 clicks deep into pages, to find the one way you can cancel the plan.
I'm a prisoner. Having set up my flows in the system, which they don't give you any option to export, unhooking will be very labor intensive. I regret, 1,000%, my decision to partner with this application.
More importantly- support will not make CORRECTIONS to erroneous billing without double billing you! It's a total SCAM. I think this is CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT worthy... someone needs to shut these people down. They are stealing.
Good customer service. I would recommend setting up a dedicated branded tracking link for link clicks as soon as possible or your default tracking links may get blocked by Chrome and Safari. This happened to my company. Klaviyo was helpful in getting this fixed.

I would give a 0 if possible. DO NOT SWITCH to klaviyo. We have been in business for 9 years and when we switched to K, our 60% open rate dropped to 20% and all of our emails land in SPAM. All they could say was it was losing consumer confidence and we have to do their "reputation repair" Klaviyo totally screwed us on all big sales. Any one have any idea who else would be a better alternative? Need to get out of klaviyo ASAP

I subscribed paid plan on last Sunday for $100. I requested for a refund as I realized their UI isn't intuitive and they charge way more than other companies and I have not used for a single day. They just send me an email with their policy saying that they will NOT refund the money even after I explained to their support and the time of contact was within 5 mins of subscription. So tell me anyone who do not agree that this is their tactics that they want to suck all the money they can from new eCommerce store owners like me. Their support is poor and their product isn't as high performing like other people saids, and that's why they have no refund policy. If you are new to eCom business owners, I strongly advise you to stay away from Klaviyo, who does not give a dame about their customers or potential customers. They don't give money back for any reason, even if you have rigimate reason and contact you right away. Please don't get the idea of where people use for half of month and asking for a refund. I requested a refund 5 minutes after I realized their plan wouldn't work for my business. Be aware of this company who will suck your money out of you every chance they get. I would highly recommend Omnisend over Klaviyo and I would stop people from using Klaviyo. Amazed by their lack of professionalism and their policy who doesn't give a damn about people. 0 Star for this institute.
