Really great customer support - when I had an issue I received a response the same day, with a detailed video explaining the steps to resolve the problem, very helpful!

Incredible support. I made a stupid error with the flow. Klavyio help was available to me instantly on a Saturday, even though my plan says weekday help. The assistant was human and very responsive. Stayed with me. I accidently shut the chat down at one point but she was still with me when I opened it up again. Support is so vital for an ecommerce business and Klavyio is absolutely the best I've had.

Klaviyo has the best support system of any platform I've used. They're incredibly attentive and always provide clear, helpful assistance. I wish every B2B platform was as efficient!
