If you need service and no one responds its Klaviyo. I have had the worst customer service or no service from this company.
When you try to get help there is often no one on the chat and you wait and wait and finally give up after an or hour or two.
When they want you to signup they are very fast in responding and you get impressed by how great their service is but after you sign up, no one is there to find you.
Stay away as far as you can because after sweet talk, there is no talk.

I’m new to Klaviyo, so I can’t say much about the system yet.
What I can say is that I just had a 10/10 experience with their live chat support, thanks to Monika J.
I had issues with our Shopify sync and email list, and Monika was incredibly patient and thorough. She not only resolved my issues but also provided additional recommendations, articles, and links to help me improve the integration between Shopify and Klaviyo.
This level of customer service makes me confident in staying as a Klaviyo customer.

This app is really well done and the support is phenomenal. I'm a beginner when it comes to everything email marketing and I've been able to place all my automation emails and email campaigns. It has taken some time, but I can't say enough about the support that is given with real people, any time of the day. I recommend 100%
Crazy how you have to pay to get in touch with the support. For some reasons my flows dont work and there's no way to get in touch with the support. Really bad, would not recommend

Customers on free plans have access to a 60-day trial of email support, along with a variety of other resources including the Help Center, Academy, Klaviyo Community, and interactive live trainings.
Seamless integration with shopify and I'm loving the amount of information I get on customers habits around the marketing I have sent out.
