Intuitive, easy to use and highly recommend.
Parfait pour mettre en place des flux marketing. Malgré mes compétences très peu étendues sur le marketing pour le e-commerce, avec Klaviyo j'ai pu apprendre rapidement grâce à leur flux déjà pré établi. Je recommande vraiment cette application pour tous ceux qu'ils veulent agrandir leur flux clients et leur chiffre d'affaires.

I don't know how, users find this application great!
-Email? In short, complicating less competitive than email Shopify because there are short features is less good.
You really have to try to put parameters for logo and products etc. that are not already connected to our shop.
-pop-up? only one that could be interesting on this application.
-SMS? Drop too much Australian confidential policy that blocks everything because if you are in Europe or France not title company in this country Australia impossible to use sms.
In addition, limited free version 54 days after upgrading to X price!

I love that the app is easy to use for beginners and how it's versatile. However, it took me a long time for me to finally get help from the support for the error that kept happening on my free plan. I couldn't get through the sales (phone and email) and support service because my free 60-day support access had ended. Although I had installed it more than 60 days prior, I only started using the actual app from 2 weeks ago. Ended up speaking with Shopify support to have them contact me.
