Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I have put off going for Klaviyo for a while because of the free alternatives but this is brilliant.

Thanks Klaviyo, this has saved me so much time. And now I don't have to worry about following up customers, Klaviyo does it all for me.
Highly recommended, and integrates so well with Shopify it is really part of the whole now.
Very easy to load, to run campaigns, and to set up triggered emails. And the analytics is what really makes it great, I can see real time what is happening and where the action on the site is.

I absolutely love Klaviyo. It makes email marketing a no brainer. Very easy to use for beginners and has plenty of advanced options for experienced marketers.

Klaviyo is fantastic. The customer support is second to none. the analytics tools are top tier. At first using Klaviyo may seem daunting but with the incredible support you'll soon get the flow of things. As a new business we still manage all the email marketing ourselves, and using Klaviyo has been by our side from the start and will be for the foreseeable future and beyond. 5 star.

Klaviyo Email Marketing is a great app! I am so glad that I found it. A must have app for anyone wanting their notification emails to look professional. Allows me to send beautiful emails to my customers with a uniformed feel. It also has built in analytics, follow up emails, and many other useful tools. I highly recommend it for its functionality and ease of use.

Simple integration and Outstanding Customer Service/Live Chat.

Don't look anywhere else for customer outreach/ email marketing. Yes, it can be expensive depending on the size of your customer list but in most cases it is worth it. The integration with Shopify is very powerful. You can create highly targeted segments using any customer data from order history, to location to Shopify events such as viewed a certain product to target the exact people who want and tailor your campaigns for that audience. Also, they offer integrated SMS support and their drag and drop email editor is top notch.

I'm using Klaviyo for all my email marketing needs. I'm just getting started, but it's easy to use and is a great addition to my shopify apps

Our return rate has increase by more than 20% the flows have reduced our expenditure and fragmentation of experience by 3 apps into 1 (reviews, back in stock and EDM) all now in Klaviyo. We have been able to make the first steps towards subscriptions with reminder flows.
