Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I was nervous about switching my email over to Klavijo abut it worked without a hitch and love using it. Glad I converted!

Support team was extremely helpful and thorough in their assessment of the issue my team was facing. Platform is super easy to use and CX is great. Highly recommend!

They have become greedy! I don't post to nearly all active profiles, which is how pricing works these days. Pricing would be fairer according to the number of emails sent. In addition, the branded custom fonts added have disappeared. With Shopify, you can send emails with generic fonts for much cheaper and even free. Klaviyo's customer service is really bad "we are happy to help" but no help actually comes. I've been a customer since 2018, but now I think I'll switch apps!

Pathetic support. Over-priced.
No way to cancel the account. I have to place a "cancellation request".
And they don't reply to the request for 5 days and charge my card.
Even after showing them the charge they have not replied.
Worst support ever!

Klaviyo is your one-stop solution for all email marketing with current and prospective customers. From newsletter signup welcome emails to checkout confirmation/thank you emails to abandoned cart emails to one time promotions, etc. Klaviyo helps you take care of all your email marketing needs.

You can use Mailchimp or Constant Contact, but they limit you. All of the actions and events are automatically pulled into Klaviyo -- so if you want to send a catered email to anyone who used a specific discount code, no problem.

Platform is awesome, intuitive, and easy to learn. Capabilities are endless with this app.

Really enjoying the use of this - easy to use and as a start up the limit on 250 doesn't make much difference.
