This tool is a fantastic way to automate a really critical aspect of any e-commerce website: its email marketing. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a strong, yet affordable email marketing/automation too.
This app is great for working with Shopify, I only wish that it was a little less technical to use. It can do so many powerful things, but figuring out how to make it do them can be a bit tricky. I'm especially thinking of flows when I say this, if you don't know what a boolean is, then, like me, you might have to have help building your flows. Im amazed that is for free. They provide great value for starting entrepreneurs. At the end 250 contacts goes fast, so just consider your AOV and then make a decision
Used to be good but now the emails they sent out during my campaigns keep getting bounced for no good reason - one of which is my personal email and another my friend’s email. Tried to send a campaign just to my email add and I don’t receive it at all. And no it’s not in my junk box either. Ridiculous if that’s the primary function of this app.
Hands down a cut above the rest. I've tested a few to see which I could easily work with more than anything and Klaviyo. I have an online pet store and this allows to super easily automate segmentation by pet age, brand, pet type.
The way the flows work (the name for a series) is so good, i have a personal mission to try and make the most complex flow ever.
