Great customer support and awesome logic and trigger functionality.

I am still inside the free version but I really love this app compared to other email marketing tools like mailchimp for example. The technical approach and possebilities are just on another level so is the support. There is always a friendly person answering in fast fashion as soon as I need some help. They helped me a lot along the way so far. Will most propably upgrade when its time...!!!! Go ...

So far so good. wow it is awesome, I'm learning more things from Klaviyo everyday. Make sure you take some time to go thru all its capabilities as you will find this very useful and helpful. Almost addictive too! building lists and segments.

I recently fired Mail Chimp and had to find another company quickly. Klaviyo was recommended and I am very happy with the switch. It is intuitive to use with good tutorials for support.

We recently jumped ship from a different email provider and are super glad we did. The revenue that this app is generating far outways the increased cost we had to pay.

We are blown away with the super powerful and complex features that we hope to take advantage of as our store grows.
