Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

We just launched our store and this is by far the best app to integrate. It's easy to use and create templated emails for trigger campaigns. No need to know how to code the emails. It's very easy to use.

Great app for segmentation. App in general however, is a bit pricey. Would love to use it if it was much cheaper.

I Used Klaviyo because me not competitive for create email campaign, is very easy..... i love Klaviyo

If you aren't on a paid account you can't call anyone but you can contact the support team. They really do follow up, are responsive and want you to get the hang of it. This isn't as simple as mailchimp but it's also more precise and that takes a little more IT involvement. I struggled but am happy

Extremely easy to use with beautiful layouts. I was a little overwhelmed about sending my first newsletter, but Klaviyo has made it simple.

So unbelievably easy to use, and to have email that integrates with my store? A dream. I used to use Mailchimp and I don't know why I waited so long to switch over.

So far so good! I hear of these guys from a podcast which is also 5 star for all you shop owners, "e-Commerce Uncensored". I love the segments and flows you can create with these guys. MailChimp doesn't even compare to the possibilities here on Klaviyo. Support is quick, like within a day which is freakin' awesome and their design editor is easy to use. A+

I used this app one time and learning it was easy. It was more intuitive for me and made an email I am happy with. I set up the flows also but only in the past few days so I have no feedback.

This app is great even for the free version! We were able to create newsletters, send out promos to customers. I haven’t found anything that I don’t like about it yet! Great product!
