Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Really easy to use. I just sent my first email to subscribers after watching the tutorials online. Very happy with this app!

UPDATE: Klaviyo is completely down. Even the main site is not responding.
UNACCEPTABLE!

SO FAR UNIMPRESSED! The system has serious performance issues. All day long no statistics are being returned and the whole system to me seems like its timed out big time. I was once a paying customer and returned but things are not the way they used to be.

Also, dont expect any kind of support from these ...

Really disappointed that they got rid of unlimited emails. We send 1-2 per week, and they have priced themselves out of the market. Emailed the support team about the price increase and they did nothing. It will now cost me an extra $250 to send fewer emails than I was before. I also found that their editing tools were more archaic than other companies I have used.

i cant get access to my account due to two factor authorization- they tell me they emailed my account to verify but i never get an email - i have tried to contact them but no response- to get access to chat to talk to them directily you have to pay the subscription price- if this was a scam to get people to pay the subscription i wouldnt be surprised

Excellent app, really made us order and organization in the customer list, sending orderly emails and tracking them

You won't regret it. Klaviyo has really helped our business. I am so pleased with this product. You won't regret it.

Love! I got this to replace Mailchimp and honestly, I like it a lot better. Very happy with this app. I would get it again.

Wow! What an application!

Takes a little bit of time to adjust to, but overall really excellent. Once you get the hang of it, you are flying. Additionally, the support is amazing. Specific call out to Caro & Estera who were both super attentive, knowledgeable and kind.

One thing that I would like to mention is that the option to edit the header spacing on mobile needs some improvement. ...

Great app. I love how efficiently improve my email sending procedure. After using this app, I can easily do email marketing.

Kompliziert as f**k! Kein Support, so lange man nicht 30€/Monat zahlt.
Ich habe meinen Abandoned Cart Reminder eingerichtet, nur leider erhalte ich, wenn ich das teste, keine Reminder Email.
Benutzeroberfläche ist unfassbar kompliziert gestaltet.
