Has to be THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. No chat, no phone number, only email, which is promptly ignored. I've been waiting a week for them to respond to an account access issue. Can't do much if I can't access my account. No need to point out the irony of a marketing company that doesn't seem to understand that their customers, the ones that pay for their service, need prompt, helpful support every now and then.
An update: It is now three weeks, and Klaviyo has still not bothered to contact me and assist with my issue. Nice try suggesting it is my mail server, this has been checked, the problem lies with this email marketing company that clearly do not care enough about customer service to provide either a chat or a phone number for help.

I can assure you that our team has been replying to your support requests, and I sincerely apologize that you have not been receiving them. Our responses are sent via our ticketing platform using the alias success@klaviyo.com, and it is likely that your custom domain has some strict security settings on emails coming through. At this point, only your domain provider or IT team can provide more context around why the email has not reached your inbox. We recommend you contact them for additional details and highly recommend that you add that alias to your safe senders list.

The Klaviyo integration is great! We are just starting to tap into the features. In fact, we hit a road bump when an embedded form was not populating. Both Shopify and Klaviyo support jumped on the issue and worked through the solution. I was completely impressed with the hands-on nature of the support.
I had been hesitant to start using Klaviyo for quite some time - because it's considerably more expensive than other email services - but the first few email campaigns I sent out - to targeted audience - I got much more return than with the other email services.
I am still trying to figure out how to set up the proper automations and flows - and landing pages.

We've been loyal Klaviyo customers for 5 years, investing $12,000 USD annually in their platform. Recently, due to a system error, the size of one of our segments was miscalculated right before our billing cut-off date, which meant we were unable to fully use the email credits we had purchased, and they expired. I contacted Klaviyo support just 3 minutes after the new billing cycle began, explaining the system error and requesting a one-time credit for the expired emails.
Considering the nature of the issue and our long-standing relationship, I expected this to be a simple, reasonable request. Unfortunately, Klaviyo refused to grant the credit for emails we had already paid for. This has been a disappointing experience and, in my view, a clear example of poor customer service. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Klaviyo.

Sell your soul to this application. Yes, it has functionality and integration; BUT once you are on the system they own you. The design it so that it's almost impossible to unsubscribe. You can downgrade and they will automatically upgrade you, charge you, fees all the time without your permission. But they will never downgrade you, refund fees, unused.
Most importantly-- support won't help. They say it's a "self-service" platform so when it comes to just asking support to cancel your account. They won't. They send you down a rabbit hole, 10 clicks deep into pages, to find the one way you can cancel the plan.
I'm a prisoner. Having set up my flows in the system, which they don't give you any option to export, unhooking will be very labor intensive. I regret, 1,000%, my decision to partner with this application.
More importantly- support will not make CORRECTIONS to erroneous billing without double billing you! It's a total SCAM. I think this is CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT worthy... someone needs to shut these people down. They are stealing.
Its great, wish i knew more to take more advantage but its definitely growing my sales and well worth the subscription cost.
One of the best email marketing systems on the market. I am currently not using the SMS on Klaviyo, but it is on my roadmap.
