Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

We run on Klaviyo. It's been indispensable. We haven't used it to it's full potential yet... but we're working on it!

+ Extremely easy to use.
+ It pulls your customer list directly from Shopify. Every other email tool we've looked into forces you to use a third-party app to automatically upload your customers into your email lists.
+ They help you get started with really nice templates and campaign flows.
+ Nice customer service representatives.
+ We were able to connect our existing email tool to our Klaviyo account, and it pulled over and sorted all of our existing contacts for us.
+ Awesome analytics data!

- Cost is a little higher than we want to spend on an email tool, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Klaviyo is a GAME CHANGER. I switched from Mailchimp mostly because of the ease of install and incredibly value you can get from the turnkey integrations that help you leverage customer and prospective customer data from other apps like Octane AI and Okendo in particular. Converted and not once looked back.

Best in the business. So affordable and even more powerful. If you want powerful easy to use email marketing and automation this is for you.

Easy to use, effective, and priced well! We prefer the email tools in Klaviyo over SMS, but overall, great solution for any company.

Great App, Kaviyo is one of the best marketing automation tools I've used. I don't know why anyone would use anything else like MailChimp.

Apps been great so far. Klaviyo allows us to integrate with Shopify and efficiently work with both systems. Ill update my review in the coming months as we just started.

I've been toying around with quite a few email marketing apps for Shopify, and so far Klaviyo seems to be the best one. I like the simplicity and ease of Shopify's app Shopify Email, however I wanted an app that allows me to set up automated emails to visitors who sign up for our email newsletters. Shopify Email doesn't provide that.... Klaviyo does! So far Klaviyo is a bit confusing and there is a lot to learn and digest, but I'm a complete noob when it comes to email marketing apps, so this might just be my lack of understanding. That said, I was still able to create and set up an email campaign for new subscribers in under 30 minutes. I also like that Klaviyo has free support, which is a huge plus for someone like myself who may have a lot of questions about this kind of stuff. So far so good :) Thanks Klaviyo!

I love how easy it is to write powerful emails through Klaviyo that include the products from my store with the click of a button. The integration feels seamless and intuitive.
