Training videos not always clear & omits steps, but the customer service support is exceptional! Its the main reason I have kept this app.

no confirmation email and I tried to do anything I could to find or receive their email. I subscribed the 550$/month for this app and I can't log in to the app currently

I use klaviyo on both my stores and wouldn't use anything else. Has absolutely everything you need! Recommend to anyone using shopify.

I would recommend finding an alternative service. The billing is horrendous and service is sub-par to say the least. Save your money and find an alternative for emails or SMS.
