Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Wow! Handles so much and looks amazing.

I'v used this app from the start of my shopify store (www.smarttechexpress.com) and it dose everything i wanted and needed and did more than I expected. I would defiantly recommend to any one. Also check out our store and sign up to our email list and follow to see how well it works, and buy some too while your at it we have great products. I'm so glad I found Klaviyo! Really easy to use, help guides are available online and customer service is only an email away. Highly recommended for small businesses

The software itself does its job well. But it's very disturbing that once you subscribe, you cannot finish the paid subscription. Klavio demands you to contact them by e-mail, but even then they keep stalling and giving empty promises for days that "someone from the team responsible for it will contact you shortly" which obviously doesn't happen.

Great app with many cool features. Even as a free user, I am able to take advantage of all the features available!

Really great app, much better than Mailchimp... But the main issue is that it's SO expensive! Maybe I'm just old but it feels like email apps should be cheaper for what you get. However, happy with Klaviyo as this is just the way the market is.

i currently use the app on free mode, it has everything i could possibly need. I send automated campaigns.

So far so good! I hear of these guys from a podcast which is also 5 star for all you shop owners, "e-Commerce Uncensored". I love the segments and flows you can create with these guys. MailChimp doesn't even compare to the possibilities here on Klaviyo. Support is quick, like within a day which is freakin' awesome and their design editor is easy to use. A+
