I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. Despite their great software, the team running it cannot keep up with the company's rapid growth. When we attempted to test out the system, a minor glitch caused our account to become locked. I have sent multiple emails to the company, but I am still waiting for someone to respond. They claim that our account is locked to allow other customers to use the service, but I believe they are overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of customers they have. This experience has left me with the impression that this company is unreliable.
It's not worth your money, nor your time. Customer service is very poor. I received contradicting info from a couple of representatives. Unfortunately, the support team is not trained sufficiently to give proper client support.
If I could give zero starts, I would. It's an amazing app, but they want to control your email domain and the way you email your clients. Not very versatile. They steel your money very easily with their automatic upgrades as well.
I have used this service for 2 or 3 years ,and it started out being a very expensive, "Rolls Royce" app. Now they charge me $1800/month! With no telephone support, and it takes them two days to get back to me with an email or chat question. Everything works, but I only use like 10% of the capacity of this app. With $9-10MM in sales for us, this is App is way way too big for us.
I need support because I'm demoing the application and nothing works. But I cant get support unless I pay for the subscription. which I don't want to do because currently nothing works. what i great business model guys. looks like I'm off to Omnisend or your competitor
i cant log in because the app does not work so i contacted via email and they wrote me that in order for me to contact them i need to log in to my account
I have been using this app for long and now I am not able to pay them, to upgrade my plan, we are losing important dates. Emailed them several times with no response.
Thought it was good until the experience was bad.
I began using this app a while back, everything was going smooth, for the most part. I was able to make Sign-up Forms and create Email Flows.
The Worst Part. I went on to make a new Shopify store, integrate Klaviyo, created a new account, and made a couple of emails using their templates. All of a sudden, I get logged out, tried logging in, "Your account is inactive". Now, when this happens there is nothing you can do other than create a new account.
To contact support. In order to remotely talk to anyone on there, you need to buy their subscription ($20 minimum) before you can even bother to ask for help. Their "Live Support" isn't even real people, it's just some virtual robot that can't even help you other than recommend useless articles that are a complete waste of time. And then in addition, they take forever to email you back so God forbid you had something immediate you needed help with.
Overall, this company is a 0/10. If I could go below a 1 star, I definitely would, that's how terrible they are, honestly. It's already enough of a headache running a business and the last thing you want to have is a company that isn't willing to help unless you're a paying customer, nor take constructive criticism/ feedback on how they can improve. Look for a better company that is willing to help you when you need it, not leave you in the shadow.

Useless app. I was completing my setup and all of a sudden I was logged out of my account and now I can`t log in and the error message says (This account is inactive). What is that? And you can`t get support by using any normal method, first you have to log in to your account, which in my case is not possible.
I signed up-to there $20 a month program then made a few campaigns, then all of a sudden got logged out of my account and its says my account in inactive and cant log back in.....what a joke would no recommend
and yes i cant log into my account so cant get support.
