We utilise Klaviyo for our Digital Marketing/Email Campaigns and this creates a continuous revenue stream for our online business.
Automated sends are also a huge help to retain customers on the fringe.

They got greedy! I've been their customer since 2017, and I only send emails every now and then. My only use for Klaviyo is their flows and email forms to automate my business for $25 per month, which includes a 5,000-email allocation. I have 17,000 email subscribers, but I'm not a heavy sender—I only send emails during holidays and sales.
Now, their recent change is forcing me to pay $400 per month—a massive jump from $25—just because of active email profiles. What a shame. They got greedy.
I'm now in the process of switching to a new email provider, and I'm sure there are better options out there. Goodbye, Klaviyo. Hopefully, you rethink this long-term decision because you're losing loyal customers like me.
Thank you for your feedback! Klaviyo exists to help you to understand your customers and drive growth from those relationships. If you have profiles that you are not emailing, we highly recommend that you suppress them. You do not pay for suppressed profiles, but you maintain the data so that you can unsuppress profiles in order to send communications to them at future times.
If you prefer to keep them active, the Appreciation Discount that we’re offering to many loyal customers limits the email plan spend increase to 25%. We encourage customers to look for additional communications sent on Jan. 21 to best understand how these changes impact their specific plan and to understand our new flexible pricing features, including auto-downgrade and Flexible Sending.
Top-notch customer service. I just spent almost an hour speaking with Julia F. in the help center chat, and she was AMAZING. She was so helpful and thorough with her answers. She helped me solve all the issues that were causing our low deliverability rate, and she even sent me a loom video to help me understand. I now feel so much more confident about sending emails! I've been in email marketing for 18 years, and Klaviyo is BY FAR the best platform. In fact, I now only work with clients who use Klaviyo. And it pairs incredibly well with Shopify.
I have a dozen clients and spend 10 hours a day in Klaviyo. Trust me, I know it well ; )
I'll be direct here: if you sell products or services online, Shopify and Klaviyo are the ONLY way to go.
