Love this platform and love that the reviews are integrated with Klaviyo now, makes life so easy. But a big kicker is the fact you cant upload images to your review from your mobile (iPhone) saying the format is not accepted. This is a bit of a disappointment as we all know how important photos can be to a review for some products and this is such an obvious thing to have checked when developing! ...

We used to get some ncie reviews but since we deployed Klaviyo reviews (when Shopify reviews stopped) we have seen an uptick in the number of reviews - very useful.
