Charged me today $21 for a subscription even though their site clearly states I wouldn't be until 1000 sales!
The explanation by Konigle below is incorrect because I took a screenshot (which I’m willing to share) when I signed up last time that specifically says I wouldn’t be charged until 1000 sales are reached! II had to re-download the app 4 times, because it is buggy! So the claim that that’s s “new” subscription term, is simply BS! Look elsewhere for app which customer service actually stands behind their promises!
This is Jatin, the CEO here at Konigle, I saw your chat with our Support and sent you an email too. Just wanted to take a few minutes of your time to explain what happened here.
We have had a free plan up to 1000$ for some time, but we saw a lot of folks abusing it and decided to discontinue it. Anyone who did not uninstall the app was on the old plan, while those who did and reinstalled would have to be charged by the new plan.
But while we rolled out this change, we may have left the copy of the old plan on the authorisation page by mistake, and this is what you may have seen.
And since, you reached out like a few other folks who had been installing and uninstalling the app multiple times, our team responded as above.
Your charge has been refunded and I apologise for the confusion.
they have every button that not needed except the save button where you actually want to increase the price. not sure what is the purpose of it
