With Kudobuzz I was able to import all of my Etsy reviews into Shopify. From there I had excellent app support from David who responded immediately to my questions regarding installing the widget onto my product pages. It's great to have such quick support for a very helpful app. For a long time I've been hoping to find an app that could bring Etsy reviews into Shopify, and Kudobuzz did it! We recently switched from YotPo to KudoBuzz and are very pleased we did. Support is excellent and the system works well for us and our customers. The full service is only $30 a month and offers the same features as YotPo which wanted to charge us $100's more hence the switch.
Only slight issue is that some of their user guides do need updating to reflect recent changes in Shopify, but apart from that we give KudoBuzz a full five stars!
This is by far one of the best apps we installed for our store, it does what mutiple apps do so hardly in such ease and simplicity, this will showcase your social media presence to your customers and fans in such a simple and beautiful way, great work on this one.
This a great app. Integrates well and I believe works better than their major competitor, at far more reasonable pricing.
